The house itself combines the best of modern, open plan living with practical convenience for both families and the business traveller, with everything you need for the perfect stay.

It has a light and airy Living Dining Kitchen space, with patio doors opening out into the spacious garden and terrace, and the convenience of additional ample storage in the larger than average utility room, housing full laundry facilities.

Four spacious bedrooms with a main bath/shower room and an en-suite shower room, plus downstairs cloakroom and toilet provide high standard facilities for 8 adults, with a further double sofa-bed available if required, allowing the house to accommodate 10.

All bedrooms have been designed to meet modern requirements, with Smart TVs, USB charging points and hi-speed Wi-Fi available in every room.

Perfect for family, business stays and entertaining friends, the sleek modern finish is practical and refreshing, with all the modern appliances you would expect at home, including cooker with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, secure safe for storage of valuables, modern cordless vacuum. The Xbox games console in the lounge provides all the entertainment you could want playing CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays & streaming services in addition to the pre-loaded games.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and for those nights you prefer not to cook, there are many options for local take-out including a Domino’s, Starbucks and MacDonald's in walking distance, as well as Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants in Bideford town.

There are many nearby restaurants a short drive away in Bideford, Westward Ho! and nearby Appledore ensuring all tastes are catered for.

Affinity shopping outlet is within walking distance, and with brand shops including Nike, Gap, Trespass, Mountain Warehouse, Cotton traders, Roman Originals, all at outlet prices, as well as a Costa and Cornish bakery to keep you fully fuelled, this is an excellent North Devon shopping destination.

Bideford town boasts a pannier market and a wide selection of high street shops as well as independent stores and cafes.

The North Devon coast is as little as 15 minutes drive away at Westward Ho! which has a wide sandy beach and The Burrows nature reserve separated by a famous pebble ridge, perfect for family beach days as well as excellent surfing all year round.

Westward Ho! offers all the facilities you would expect in a seaside town, restaurants, café’s souvenir shops, amusements, surf hire, plenty of parking, and the world famous Hockings Ice-Cream vans where you can get the best ice-creams in Devon, without the overcrowding you expect in other Devon seaside resorts.

For a wilder beach experience, you can visit nearby Greencliff, (10 min drive) where you can park at Greencliff farm and walk to join the North Devon coast path, or go down to the secluded pebble beach and explore the rockpools, whilst enjoying the view of nearby Lundy island on a clear day.
