The Space:
There is well equipped kitchen and separate utility room with shower, a comfortable lounge and separate dining room equipped for dining 10. Outside is a private courtyard for relaxing. On the first floor are 2 good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the second floor is the family bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite shower room and 2 single sofa seats.
Guest Access:
Guests have the whole house to themselves and don't share any spaces with others. The hosts are available by phone or text any time, but won't disturb your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Newport is a lovely residential area a short walk from the centre of Barnstaple, but with it's own shop, pub and restaurants. the street itself has unrestricted on street parking and there is almost always a space not far from the front door of the house and two car parks within a few minutes walk.
Getting Around:
Barnstaple town centre is an easy walk from the property, plus buses run from Newport frequently. There is also an electric scooter hire scheme for those more adventurous! Barnstaple is well placed to access by car the whole of gorgeous north Devon with some of the country's best beaches and Exmoor National Park a short drive away.
