The Space:
A well-appointed, homely and clean - 2-bed apartment located right in the heart of Liverpool city centre. The two bedrooms come with a comfortable double bed in each room and an additionally super comfy sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen comes complete with all crockery and pots and pans and you are just a few minutes walk away from a Sainsburys, Tesco and Liverpool's new fully organic supermarket! If cooking doesn't tickle your fancy then there are a host of restaurants all available within a short stroll of the apartment.
Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is right in the heart of the popular Ropewalks area with Liverpool 1. All of the restaurants and shops are a 2 minute walk away. Also within walking distance of the Echo Arena/BT Convention Centre and the Albert Dock consisting of beautiful restaurants and wonderful nightlife, sights and people!
Getting Around:
You won't need any taxis or public transport if you are planning to do most of your activities in the city centre. However, if you would like to visit the football grounds - Liverpool's main bus station is within 5 minutes walk as well as Liverpool Central train station.
There is one secure car parking space available at the property. Space number: 136 . The permit is available from inside of the apartment which will need to be displayed in the window.
Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
This 1st floor apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
