The Space:
This spacious and airy apartment offers two double bedrooms and spacious living/dining area:
Bedroom 1 - one double bed with an en suite shower room attached. A large standing wardrobe, full length mirror and ring light.
Bedroom 2 - one double bed and a super comfy double sofa bed with an extra storage seating bench. Under bed divan storage, plus a large standing wardrobe and full length mirror.
Our sparkling family bathroom comes with a modern three piece suite, including bathtub and overhead shower.
The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything that you need to have a home cooked meal, not to mention the Nespresso coffee machine that can not be missed in order to start the day!
Gather around the large family dining table- perfect for evening dining or board games at night!
**Please note that there is strictly no access to the balcony. For health and safety reasons, it will be locked off.**
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to all areas of the house & do not share the space with anyone else.
Please note that there is no balcony access for safety reasons.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the city, just a couple of minutes away from the famous Bombed Out Church which plays host to frequent events such as open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more! Situated just off Berry Street where you can find so many amazing restaurants and brilliant new bars such as Petit Café du Coin, if you are a jazz lover or the Berry and Rye speakeasy bar!
The Philharmonic Hall is literally a 6 minute walk and the stunning Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral is just a 9 min walk! Perfect base to visit the Georgian quarter area as well as it is only a 6 min walk, great for a romantic walk around or for taking stunning photos for your Instagram/blog!
This apartment is a residential property, we do not accept any loud noise or party groups of any such, additionally we are unable to host groups under 25 years of age. There are outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building and a noise detector in the apartment which will notify us of any excessive noise.
Getting Around:
You're right in the heart of the city here! A 10 minute stroll to Liverpool Central, which links to Lime St & Wirral lines.
You're 15 minutes walk from Paradise St, the main bus & coach terminal too.
Hanover St is just at the end of the road from the apartment and it always has plenty of Hackney taxis too!
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
