This sunny apartment, furnished with designer furniture, is located in a residential area of ​​the city from where you can get around the city with ease. In the area, you will find restaurants and shops for everything you need during your stay, a few meters away is Diagonal Avenue with some of the most emblematic shops in the city, and a few meters away there is a public transport stop to reach any point of the city.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, dressing room, and access to the balcony, a second bedroom with a single bed, a second full bathroom, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, there is also access to the balcony.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
From the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, that goes directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña.
