The Space:
This modern and bright studio apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The open plan living/sleeping area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout. The comfortable double bed will be made up with crisp hotel linen, and towels and toiletries are also provided. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 1 person that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet and safe area, with nearby shops and restaurants, this is the ideal base to make the most of the city. There are tram and bus stops 2 minutes from the property, taking you to other areas of the city within minutes. You are also just 15 minutes walk from both Old Trafford football and cricket stadiums. There are local off licence shops within 2 minutes, or a larger Aldi supermarket within 10 minutes walk of the apartment.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance of the studio. Trafford Bar tram stop is just 2 minutes walk from the property, taking you to Manchester city centre within 10 minutes. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the main road around the corner. Manchester Picadilly Station is just a 10 minute drive or 20 minute tram ride away.

There is a sofa bed for 1 person that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
