This modern studio is located in a contemporary development and is furnished with comfortable seating and modern appliances. Positioned on a high floor, it offers stunning views through full-length windows. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, armchair, and TV, along with high-speed broadband and a smart TV with catch-up apps.
The cosy double bed features hotel-quality linen, with fluffy towels provided. The modern bathroom includes a shower-over-bath and complimentary toiletries.

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Ideally located between central Manchester and Salford, this apartment offers easy access to both, around a 30-minute walk away. Local cafés, restaurants, and shops are close by, with MediaCityUK just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute tram ride away.
The nearby canal and parks are perfect for a relaxing stroll, and Tesco and Co-op supermarkets are only two minutes away on foot.
Getting Around:
Both central Manchester and central Salford are around a 30-minute walk away, or just a short drive or 15-minute tram ride. Manchester Piccadilly train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by taxi.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

No permit or fob is required for access and can only be used in conjunction with a stay in this apartment.
