RESERVATIONS/SAME-DAY BOOKING

➞ Guests will receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
- Hand soap
- Dish soap
- One kitchen sponge
- Trash bag
- One roll of paper towels in the kitchen
- Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt and pepper

➞ In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive.
- Three full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in each bathroom

➞ Please also note upon booking confirmation, we collect ID as required by law and you must sign our terms and conditions of the stay.

➞ Strictly NO parties or social gatherings are allowed


Upon booking:

➞ We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

➞ Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

Early check-in prices:
9 AM - 12 PM - £49
1 PM - 1:30 PM - £30
2 PM - 2:30 PM - £20
3 PM - 4 PM - £9

Late check-out prices:
11 AM - £20
11:30 AM – 12 PM - £30
12:30 PM – 1 PM -£40
2 PM - 5 PM - £60
5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night


➞ EXTRA GUEST FEE: £15 per night after 3 guests

➞ Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

➞ NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

➞ No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

➞ No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

➞ Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

➞ Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.

➞ We offer discounts on business and long-term bookings, contact us directly for details and discounts!

➞ Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.
