Sunnyside Cottage is a traditional 19th century stone cottage situated in a quiet lane in the small village of Embo and just a few yards from its stunning sandy beach and harbour. The pretty terraced two-storey cottage provides plenty of space for couples or singles and has been attractively modernised and refurbished. Sunnyside enjoys superb views across the bay and comes with its own private garden and provides warm, welcoming accommodation in a convenient location.

The ground floor:

The lounge offers guests a sofa, chair, coffee table, television with freeview and Netflix and an electric fire in Caithness slate fireplace. Folding dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a freestanding electric cooker with oven, grill and hob. Fridge, washing machine, microwave, small kitchen table and plenty of kitchenware. The cloakroom off kitchen has a toilet and washbasin. The back door leads to a fully enclosed garden, patio area, outdoor dining table and chairs for guests. Gate 1 leads out to playing fields and path down onto beach.

The first floor:

The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps chest of drawers and a sofa. The bedroom boasts superb views across the sands and sea and further up the coastline. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.Heating throughout cottage is by new thermostatically controlled slimline panel heaters.

Outside of the cottage:

The back garden has a patio paving and outdoor dining table and chairs for guests. Access to small lane with fields and track down to beach. Private parking for one car opposite cottage and
