Located in the heart of Wolterton estate, close to Blickling Hall, you can be assured of a quiet, relaxing holiday that is ideal for families, couples and friends looking for a relaxing getaway. A wonderfully eclectic mix of old-world character and a uniquely bespoke modern interior, Keepers Cottage offers guests the opportunity to immerse themselves amongst the ancient woodlands and pasture of the surrounding estate for a true experience of Norfolk.

The detached Keepers Cottage is comprised of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, spread over two floors, with each room being the beneficiary of the care and attention that has been lavished upon it by the owners. Indeed, no two rooms are the same, which has created a home that is full of fun, while still being a place where you can escape and relax. Who says that a holiday home needs to be boring!

Whilst the house accommodates a maximum of eight guests, you will find that the group will have ample room to enjoy gatherings over good food or relax in one of the two sitting rooms. Additional seating has been provided in the garden, so sunny days can be spent taking in the surrounding parkland and the fabulous old English roses that are scattered liberally throughout. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with mature planting, as you would expect from a cottage 200 years old! Amongst the old cherry trees, peonies and the irises, you will find plenty of lawn for children and dogs, with the garden also being entirely enclosed. Parents are advised to be aware of the large, unfenced pond that borders the house.

Barbecue provided. Please leave the barbecue in the condition you would wish to find it. Thank you in advance.
Please be aware of the pond in the garden. Care should be taken with with young children.
There are steeply pitched roof spaces in some of the first floor rooms so some restricted headroom (see photos).
