Holly House, a Georgian Farmhouse in Smallburgh

Relax in style with friends and family at Holly House, our Georgian farmhouse which blends character with modern day comfort. Classic fireplaces, antique furnishings and chandeliers add elements of luxury to the spacious and elegant accommodation. The central hall, with its sweeping staircase, opens onto reception rooms with classic Georgian proportions. The living room is a particular favourite, leading through to the elegantly designed sun room, perfect for an early morning coffee or an afternoon tea. When dining choose from our formal room, or our bright and spacious two-level kitchen with its informal dining area and double doors opening to the rear of the property. The property sleeps 15 people in 8 bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided.

Set in a beautiful garden, Holly House is the ideal setting for an evening soiree. A large lawn extends to the front of the property with plenty of space for children to play. Outdoor dining is south-facing, accommodated at the front of the house with a large BBQ and outdoor furniture. Tucked behind the house in a more private setting is a large hot tub for guests' enjoyment.
