Luxury spacious 4-bedroom all en-suite Villa with heated pool, hot tub, and roof terrace situated on the most prestigious road in Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca. Extensive patio area with sunbeds and a day bed for relaxing. Covered pergola with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Outside speakers for listening to music whilst enjoying the mountain views. A spiral staircase takes you to the roof terrace with seating with fantastic sea and mountain views.
Close to the Papagayo beaches and a 5 min drive to the Marina. There is a shopping center with restaurants and a supermarket a 10 min walk away. The road has a mix of rental and residential properties and is quiet with plenty of parking.
It has just been renovated and is now ready for bookings. The Villa opposite is also being built and works are well underway and hoping to be finished soon.
We have another Villa in Playa Blanca, Vista Grande in Los Claveles which is closer to Montana Roja and that has over 100 5-star reviews. The property ID is 8391250 on VRBO if you would like to view it.

A wonderful stay, the basis for a wonderful holiday!

This accommodation is truly highly recommended. It starts with good contact with the owner who answers all your questions quickly, so that you can leave well prepared for your trip. The photos on the site already give you a good feeling, but reality even surpasses this! A lovely clean swimming pool, a wonderful jacuzzi, perfect sunbeds and lots of space around. A cosy covered pergola where you can eat together or just find some shade. And then you enter the spacious house with all possible comfort so that you immediately feel at home. Very practical and stylishly decorated, very efficient. Four bedrooms with quality beds, plenty of storage space and each with its own full bathroom. And... also a cozy roof terrace, ideal for the youth to chill. We enjoyed our holiday, and this stay definitely added to that. Our absolute thanks to the superhost!!!

Classy Villa

Had the most relaxing stay at Helen’s villa over the new year period - this accommodation is exceptional - everything from the crockery towels furnishings and decor is first class and we had the most comfortable of stays - well equipped with everything we needed - the barbecue area and undercover seating was perfect and we spent most of our evenings here - loved the position of villa being only a short distance into the rubicon area but far enough away to have peace and tranquility - yes there is a new villa being built opposite but we were not disturbed at all by the occasional work taking place there - we loved the whole villa and will definitely rebook in the future

Fantastic well equipped villa

The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. There are a few shops and bars within a 10 minute walk, 25 minutes to Marina Rubicon which has a larger selection. The villa is in a quieter area which we enjoyed, there are still some others being built around it but this didn't affect our stay. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is great, the pool was fantastic and there was plenty of shaded areas outside on hot days. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Villa, Can’t wait to return

This Villa is really something special. The amount of thought and detail that’s gone into creating this space is clear for all to see. It really has the wow factor and all the little things from the welcome pack to the pool towels, to the condiments and even beautiful hand soap in all 5 bathrooms shows how much care and attention has been given to ensure a perfect stay.

We are a family of 4 and live in Harrogate N. Yorkshire and love to holiday in Lanzarote as it has so much to offer us as a family.
We run our own business from home so it's nice to get away and relax when we can.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This was a run down property but we could see great potential given its location and views. Los Colorades is one of the most sought after locations in Playa Blanca and we were attracted to the property for its fantastic views and quiet location. It was quite a big project in the end but we are happy with the result and hope our guests will enjoy it as much as we do.

Prestigious area in Playa Blanca.
The views are spectacular.
Pool size is an asset and is heated all year round.
Spacious inside and out.
The hot tub is relaxing and the roof terrace is a great escape and a relaxing place to see the beautiful sunset ( sunrise for some maybe !)
