The accommodation was spotless with lots of rooms and facilities available. The open kitchen, dining, living area was ideal for a large group.The pool area was fabulous, just a shame that we were only able to swim once due to the weather.We were amazed by the magnificent views of the hills and sea.Our party of seven ranged in age from 12 months to 94 years old. Ideally, in hindsight, a hire car would have been a good idea as the walk to Flamingo Beach took about 40 minutes. Some of us took a taxi, the others walked.

Absolutely fantastic villa and location. Equipped with everything you could possibly need! Spotlessly clean. Excellent communication from owner. We had a few electrical issues to start with after really wet winter conditions, however these were sorted really quickly by the attendance of an electrician to rectify the problem. Carlos, the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating checking in throughout our stay to see if there was anything he could do to help. Highly recommended and will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

The Villa was extremely comfortable and well equipped with beautiful views over the sea & mountains. The pool was the largest pool for a private villa we’ve ever had in the Canaries. Best if you hire a car as it’s a little way out of Playa Blanca (45 minute walk which we did often) but the peace and quiet and the views are so worth it. Carlos was a brilliant host and always at the end of a message for any questions we had & regularly checked that we were happy and all was well with our stay. He passed on recommendations for places to go and restaurants (eat at El Primario it’s delicious!). We would certainly return here.

It was just as pictured! The pool was amazing, the view was outstanding, the space inside was just perfect.Stayed here as a family of 4 with our friends so between us there were 7 of us including the 3 children! It was ideal for all of us to be together but have our own space when needed.We were able to walk to beach and get a taxi back which wasn’t expensive. Restaurants a plenty down by the beach.Carlos was just the best host, no issue went unresolved - not that we had any big issues I must say!He checked in regularly whilst allowing us to enjoy our break!

Beautiful Villa with fabulous host

This villa is lovely, clean and spacious with lots of spaces for families to relax. Views from living room are spectacular and I would urge the owners to include this in the villa photos.Villa included everything we needed including lots of towels (bathroom towels are super fluffy which is rare in any rental).Games room is great for kids.Carlos was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after.

Fantastic property in a Quiet location

The property has had some investment recently and looks fantastic. The property has every offering including large TV, great wifi and internet access and ancillary items such as a beach towels etc. The property is in a very quiet area of playa blanca and provides great views of the resort,The local agent is very attentive and does their best to make sure you have a great stay, and we did. will go back again

Great Villa

Great Villa for a family stay. Had a couple of hiccups on arrival but Carlos resolved them straight away. The villa is very spacious and has everything you. Supermarkets and beach a short drive away. You could walk but its up hill so better with a car.Carlos was fantastic with his communication and was only a message away if we needed anything.Only negative was the kitchen wasn't the cleanest and we would have benefited from an information book.Overall though would say it was a great stay and would return!

Luxury Villa

This property is a unique gem. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to make it a relaxing stay, but only a 5 min car journey and you are in the heart of Playa Blanca. The property added so much value to our stay, it is very spacious, both inside and out. The quality of the utilities was much better than expected or that we had experienced before. The size of each bedroom is ideal and the way the villa is laid out makes it ideal for a family of all age groups. And finally, Carlos, always very quick to respond, very friendly and very informative about the villa and wanting to make sure that we had the best time. We would definitely look at using again.

Amazing Villa

Everything about Villa Los Roques is perfect, peaceful, with amazing views over to the Marina and Papagayo Beaches. The Villa inside and out is huge and has everything needed.Carlos is extremely responsive and text us almost each day to check all was ok. The pool was very cold, even though Carlos arranged for the temperature to be increased when we asked, so maybe that was just us. Something to take into consideration for those with mobility issues is the villa has around 15 to 20 steps to reach the front door. The main bedroom bed is very low, as is the living room sofa. However we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend. Carlos is the best host we’ve ever experienced.

This is what lottery winners and footballers get to experience! To wake up ( or go to bed) with these views is amazing. Also, this is easily the most spacious and well equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in! The recent refurb was done to a high standard and it just feels luxurious! The kitchen, dining, living area is immense! With double height ceilings and windows, you could host a very large party in here! The 3 bedrooms on this floor are very generous with lovely bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are more than adequate but share a bathroom. The games room is massive and there’s a pool table and ping pong table with seating. The outside is pretty good too! A great sized pool with plenty of room to lounge and tan, loads of covered seating with an outdoor kitchen and dining area. Oh yeah! And those views! From the Los Ajaches mountains, right across most of Playa Blanca to the sea, and the easily hiked Montaña Roja, right next door! There’s also off road parking through a large sliding gate. The only downside we can find, is the distance from the waterfront. It’s about 30 minutes walk to the old town and harbour and maybe another 30 minutes to the Marina area. The only shop in walking distance is a small mini market so you really will need a car. Minor inconveniences for this wonderful villa!

At first glance, the villa is stunning, with incredible views. Sadly, the experience went downhill fast. We were 6 adults and 4 children (3 with additional needs). At booking, Carlos promised a late check-out and told us not to worry. Weeks before arrival, he denied ever saying this—despite written proof—and accused us of making it up. We ended up paying for a hotel day pass to fill the gap, adding unnecessary stress.We arrived late evening, hunted for hidden keys, set off an alarm we weren’t warned about, then discovered cockroaches and an army of ants. The pool was overfilled because the hose had been left running; Carlos told me “don’t waste water,” so we used it to flush the broken toilet (we had to wait 4 days to get it fixed).For a 2-week booking, we expected linen changes—only to be told it would cost extra, something never mentioned before. We washed our own bedding. The pool guy removed debris promptly, but a permanent dirt ring from nearby mountain dust ruined our swimwear. The sofa was filthy with what looked like dog paw prints, the fridge still had old food, and one Friday we were asked to vacate so an estate agent could view the property.We didn’t complain once during the stay. On leaving, Carlos sent abusive messages blaming us for “wear and tear” and calling us bad people. Stunning location, shame about the host and upkeep.

La vue !!!

Villa trĂšs agrĂ©able par son espace terrasse avec vue MAGNIFIQUE sur mer et volcans, sans vis-Ă -vis, et piscine de taille suffisante (10m) pour nager ou s’amuser Ă  plusieurs, et surtout chauffĂ©e, ce qui est essentiel Ă  cette saison. Grand salon/salle Ă  manger avec cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Seul petit dĂ©faut : manque de vaisselle (seulement 8 assiettes de mĂ©moire), obligeant Ă  faire tourner souvent le lave-vaisselle. La suite parentale donne sur la terrasse et est trĂšs grande et trĂšs agrĂ©able. La 2nde chambre du haut Ă©galement, avec 2 lits simples. Les 2 chambres doubles (lits 140) du bas sont plus modestes et moins agrĂ©ables car sans vrais fenĂȘtres (vasistas) mais confortables et bien suffisantes pour dormir. La grande salle du bas, avec billard et ping-pong, est sympa pour jouer de temps en temps mais nous y avons passĂ© finalement peu de temps car on s’y sent un peu enfermĂ© (un vasistas seulement) et on est tellement mieux sur la terrasse quand la mĂ©tĂ©o le permet ! Échanges cordiaux avec Marta et Carlos, que nous n’avons pas vus (ils vivent sur une autre Ăźle) mais rĂ©actifs sur whatsapp et surtout trĂšs arrangeants. Bilan en forme de question : reviendrions-nous en cas de nouvelles vacances Ă  Lanzarote? La rĂ©ponse est un grand OUI !
