Situé à seulement 10/15 minutes à pied du centre de Playa Blanca et du front de mer / plages et à moins de 10 minutes à pied des hôtels Lanzarote Princess, Princesa Yaiza ou Hesperia Dorada. Trois chambres (6 couchages +) et 2 salles de bain. Grande piscine privée chauffée électriquement (Nov-Mar). Mur haut périmètre offrant un degré d'intimité inhabituellement élevé mais avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne! Immense barbecue extérieur, meubles de terrasse en teck, canapés d'extérieur, chaises longues de luxe, etc. Portes-fenêtres du salon et de la chambre principale à la grande véranda ombragée / couverte combinée avec un vaste patio. Pas d'escaliers! Salon / salle à manger avec TV (UK Stations) et lecteur DVD. Climatisation / chauffage en option dans 2 chambres - la troisième chambre a un plafond double hauteur. Perfect Stay

We had a great stay at Casa Katie.The location was peaceful and not too far from shops and restaurants. Eimear was really helpful and checked in on us after bad weather reports. The outside pool area is perfect for a family, we enjoyed our walks into the town and to all the restaurants. We hired a car but hardly used it. We will definitely be re-booking Casa Katie when we return to Lanzarote.

Lovely stay at Villa Katie

We have just returned from a week at Villa Katie. It is a lovely villa, the nicest we have stayed in at Playa Blanca. The whole process from booking to check-out was really easy. Eimear was a great host and replied to any queries very quickly. The outside space is great and the pool is crystal clear. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Brilliant family stay

Great villa, with amazing outdoor areas. For us with 3 young children it was perfect with the pool and always shaded areas. Very private and a nice distance away from the crowds but walkable to the restaurants at night. Eimear was super at communications and answering any queries really quickly. Only slight negative.was the thin curtains in one of the twin rooms and no blinds on some small windows in the other - just have to enjoy working to Spanish timings.

Casa Katie

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Katie. Everything we needed was supplied in the accommodation. A very spacious patio With plenty of seating. A good sized pool. It is a 10 minute walk down to Playa Dorado but we had a hire car and used that to go down and back a couple of times a day.

Family holiday

We had a lovely stay. This villa is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants etc. Our boys don’t like to sit in the sun but the lounge was comfortable and there’s plenty of comfortable areas to sit in the shade.

Fun in the winter sun

We have just arrived home from a wonderful stay at Casa Katie. The villa was perfect for our family of 6 with children ranging from under 2 to 14 years of age. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and a heated pool that actually felt warm. Perfectly located a little out of town but within easy walking distance (15-20 mins) to the seafront, shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca. Eimear was a wonderful host, excellent communication from the booking process right through to the end of our stay and nothing was too much trouble. We looking forward to staying at Casa Katie again next year and would highly recommend.

Wonderful private villa all one level with beautiful outdoor area and pool

We had a great stay. The villa is very private in a cul de sac, with a lovely sunny outdoor area and generously sized pool. The owner was very responsive. Playa Papagos / the coastal walk is 1km walk away and Marina Rubicon 2km so a good beach and lovely restaurants are nicely accessible.

Lovely quiet villa in easy reach of amenities

A lovely spacious villa with a great outside area in a quiet location. 3 bedrooms with one on suite and a good living/dining space as well as two seating and eating areas outside. Dorado Beach is a 20 minute stroll where you’ll then have the option of a walk to the marina or town where both have plenty of restaurants and retail opportunities. A great break away from an English winter.

Happy holiday in Casa Katie

Casa Katie is a lovely villa in a nice and quiet area. The outside space is fantastic with dining table, chilling zone, barbecue area and very comfortable sunbeds. The high walls give you a feeling of total privacy. The pool is fabulous, very large and deep and perfectly clean. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Katie. Thank you very much, Eimear !

Spacious family villa

Lovely villa with plenty of seating areas inside and outside for a family or friends, garden/pool area bigger than it looks in the photographs. Heated pool a perfect temperature in November and the property was very well sheltered and private. Well situated for the Marina and town with easy access by car. Not a criticism of the villa but the noise from the nearby Hotel was obtrusive when the zumba/excerise classes were on in the morning, only for an hour or so but if I was a resident I'd be asking for the PA system to be turned down. Stayed in the area before and not heard it so maybe a one off week? Still, had a great week and would happily book the villa again, one of the best we have stayed in around that area.

Nice all round villa.

The villa is in a good location, approx. 15 minutes walk from sea front and local restaurants. We found scooters the ideal mode of transport and parking areas were a 6 minute walk away and cost @EUR3 to get to the beach. Taxis (if you can find one) cost @EUR4 from the town centre. Villa is generally in a good state of repair and well decorated. The outside space is very spacious and more than adequate for 6 adults. The outside space is what sells this property. Owner was very attentive when problems arose and communicates through e-mail promptly. Air conditioning is payable additionally via a coin operated system so change will be required in the hotter months.

Amazing family villa and fantastic holiday

We have just returned from a weeks family holiday at Casa Katie and what a wonderful time we had. The villa is amazing, exceptionally clean, has everything you need for a family holiday and the outside space and pool is just incredible. The communication from Eimear (owner) was excellent throughout, both before we left, and during the holiday ensuring everything was ok. Perfect directions to find it and the easiest key collection I’ve experienced. After a few bad experiences with villas around the world we were hesitant to do it again, but we should not have worried as everything was as described if not better. The walk down into town was lovely at night (max 10 mins) and we would either walk back or grab a taxi (which was easy) for 3-4 euros. We hired a car and explored some of the island, the fire mountains being a particular highlight. Thanks again to Eimear for a wonderful stay and we will certainly be returning at some point in the future.

Prezzo non coerente

Casa funzionale e comoda negli spazi, pulizia degli interni, esterni e piscina da migliorare. Abbiamo avuto due problemi seri (corto circuito e boiler rotto) sistemati con tempestività. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato ci saremmo aspettati una location perfetta, consigliamo un totale cambio di mobilio.

An oasis in the sun

This is an amazing property in a beautiful area, Playa Blanca. The property is a perfect size to host a family and the outside space including a large pool is just incredible. Small supermarkets are accessible close by with larger supermarkets available in the centre of town. Easy access to Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca and Rubicón Marina. All beautiful places and well worth a visit. Eimear is fantastic host, the best that we have ever had! I would unreservedly recommend this property to anyone!

Well placed property. We booked at short notice and reluctant because it didn’t have a dishwasher. Small kitchen couldn’t fit one but utility could. I couldn’t fault it otherwise. Well stocked villa and comfortable…owner very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cleaning lady did a fab job.
