We have Satellite TV with all UK channels and over 800 other channels including many films (current and old).
A high end Internet service for your needs plus a 55 inch TV in the lounge and a 43 inch TV in the children's playroom with a ps4, ps3 and 2 with many games on hand.
The four bedrooms are all air conditioned (free).
In the kitchen there is everything you would need including hob, oven, fridges and freezer plus dishwasher and washing machine and of course a much needed large wine cooler.
Outside there is a beautiful private swimming pool and a hot tub with jets plus coloured fountains.
There is a dining area outside and eight sun-loungers plus rattan furniture depending on how you wish to relax.
The property has views across the ocean and from the house you can see Fuerteventura.
As you exit the property a three min walk within the gated community leads you to a community private gate that gives access to the beach and ocean with excess rock pools for catching fish and crabs.
There is a BBQ area with outside fridge for beers and drinks at the villa if you wish to cook food outside.
The property is very secure with not only a fully functioning managed alarm service which is also linked to the police, fire department and ambulance services but also the ability to press an emergency alarm if you have issues. There is also a safe in the property.

The Management Team are also on hand if there are issues during your stay and there are details of how to contact them In the villa.
We also have a pool cleaner and gardener. The pool team will come twice a week to maintain both the pool and hot tub so as to enhance your stay.
We are fully licensed with the Lanzarote authorities (many aren't!) and as a result we will need to take passport details before/on arrival (Suzanne our villa manager will take care of everything).
