Located on the hillside in Kalkan's Kordere district, this luxurious two bedroom villa offers a comfortable holiday accomodation for up to four guests. The elevated position of the villa provides it with uninterrupted panoramic sea views out across kalkan Bay and beyond from throughout its entirety.

This is one of a pair of villas so frends or family wishing to holiday near but not together in the same property could rent the two in tandem. The pool area is unseen from outside the property.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge / kitchen dining area which open directly on to the pool terrace. The use of full length glazing maximises the impact of the panoramic views from this area. There is also a communal cloakroom adjacent to this area.

The main infinity pool is some 8 x 4 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.5 metres. In additional to this there is also a generous sized childrens pool some 5 x 2.5 metres and with a depth or 1 metre. This smaller pool is enclosed by a glass screen in the winter months and can be heated to a maximum of 28 degrees centigrade, thus making it an ideal choice for those guests who are not confident swimmers and/or those guests coming in the cooler months of the year.

Both the bedrooms are located on the villa's upper floor. The master bedroom is exceptionally spacious and has a luxurious circular bed, and jacuzzi from which the spectacular views can be enjoyed. There is a twin bedroom next door and like the master bedroom it has an en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony.

The secluded nature of the pools means that this property is suitable for those guests looking for a high level of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
