Ground Floor – Villa Louise
Villa Louise has an open plan living area, the kitchen is well-equipped and contains integrated electric oven & microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and water cooler. For inside dining there is a dining table and seating for 8 guests with a view over the pool terrace.

The comfortable lounge area includes 1 large and 2 smaller sofas, coffee table, and TV unit with flat screen TV, and doors lead out onto the pool terrace. A beautiful sliding wooden door leads off the lounge where a ground floor shower room and twin bedroom can be found, with side window garden view.

First Floor – Villa Louise
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a large en-suite master bedroom and the 2 further bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equally spacious and each enjoy their own balcony with fabulous sea views, bedroom 4 has a window garden side view.

The bathroom on this level also contains utility cupboards with washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Bedroom 1 – Twin bedroom, single beds, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, fan, window garden side view, bathroom with Rain Forest shower next door (this bedroom is on the ground floor).

Bedroom 4 – Double bedroom, double size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, fan, window garden/pool side view.

Outside – Villa Louise
Villa Louise really benefits from it’s amount of outdoor space. A lovely shady ottoman seating area can be found at the side of the property which opens onto the pool terrace with a 4 x 6m (1.65m) pool, with waterfall feature and separate children’s pool. The pool terrace includes sunbeds, side tables and parasols and from the pool area a garden view is enjoyed.

From the pool area steps lead up to a covered pergola dining terrace with built in bbq, sink and dining table with seating for 8 guests. Picturesque sea views across Kalkan can be enjoyed from this level.

Further steps lead up to the sun-drenched roof terrace with uninterrupted views, perfect for enjoying the Kalkan sunsets. There is on road parking for multiple cars.

Villa Notes
Due to the location of this property, there may be some road noise, and children should be supervised due to the differing levels and amount of steps.

**The property has a roof terrace but as there are currently no railings to the rear of it, the roof terrace cannot be used. We take no responsibility should you chose to do so.
