Spacious 4 Bedroom Villa for 8, Stunning Sea Views, Heated Infinity Pool, Kalkan

This charming 4 bedroom villa is located in Kalkan's Kızıltas district only about 1 km from the centre of town. It has stunning sea views from throughout the villa and offers an excellent standard of space and comfort thorughout.
In particular it has an unusually large amount of outdoor space for al fresco living, with a good selection of various spaces to sunbath and relax for large groups without feeling overcrowded. The heated pool option is great for low season guests too.
The villa is located on a relatively steep slope above Kalkan centre and has a parkng area adjacent to the entrance area. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a very large open plan lounge / kitchen dining area with ample space for all guests. There is also a single bedroom, which has the use of a communal cloakroom on this floor, but no bathroom.
The massive pool terrace, with its large infinity pool, can be accessed from this communal space, as can the outdoor dining area and comfortable seating group. The views from here are stunning and will from an unforgettable memory of our guests' holiday experience.
On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, two double and one twin. These all have en-suite bathrooms, balconies and sea views. They are also all very spacious, beautifully furnished and have a lovely fresh and airy atmosphere .
On the top floor there is one more double bedroom, again with an en-suite bathroom (with jacuzzi bath), which has access to the large roof terrace with it two sunbeds and seating area - an ideal place for some more private sunbathing and/or drinking a sundowner whilst soaking in a magnificent sunset!
The villa's pool has a heating facility which can heat the pool to around 28-30 degrees centigrade if required. This can be useful low season and is available at an extra cost of 9000 Turkish Lire for up to one week and then from 1250TL per day. Guests wishing to take advantage of this facility should give us at least two to three days notice in order that the pool may reach itmaximum temperature before their arrival.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of £200 for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
