The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a quiet residential area called Ciudad Mayakoba, about a 20-minute drive from the heart of Playa del Carmen, where you’ll find the famous 5th Ave pedestrian street (about 45 blocks) lined with shops, cafes, restaurants of all cuisines, bars with live music and sports on TV, loads entertainment, and more! The nearest beach is only about a 10-minute drive, and world-famous golf is about a 5-minute drive at El Camaleón Mayakoba Golf Course.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), just 48 km | 30 mi away. It’s best to have a car as the property’s in a residential area, and there are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and extra parking on the street.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs.

There is one main entrance to the building, and each unit has its own secure entrance.

There is a monthly electricity allotment. Any electricity usage over that amount is the guest's responsibility.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee will be charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- No loud music after 10 p.m. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- No visitors or more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
The host will meet you upon your arrival to check you in. Please let us know your approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before.
