Cette élégante villa de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains est située sur le front de mer de Playacar, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de Playa del Carmen. La Casa Moskito propose une piscine extérieure infinie, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une blanchisserie, un parking gratuit et un service de ménage du lundi au samedi.

La Casa Moskito climatisée dispose d'une terrasse au bord de la piscine avec des chaises longues, un barbecue et un coin repas. Le salon dispose d'une télévision connectée par câble à écran plat, de Netflix et de haut-parleurs Bluetooth gratuits, tandis que la cuisine comprend un lave-linge séchant, un four, un grille-pain, un refroidisseur d'eau, un réfrigérateur à deux portes, un four micro-ondes et une cafetière.

Casa Moskito est situé à Playacar, un complexe privé avec sécurité à la porte et gardiens 24 heures par jour, 7 jours par semaine, juste en face de la mer et à l'arrière a un club de golf, c'est très agréable et le meilleur endroit pour vivre à Playa del Carmen, à seulement dix minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la Cinquième Avenue.

La Casa Moskito se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la gare maritime de Cozumel et de la gare routière de Playa del Carmen. Le parcours de golf de Playa del Carmen est à 0,5 km.

La 5ème avenue animée et le Mamitas Beach Club se trouvent à 15 minutes à pied de la villa, tandis que le parc à thème écologique Xcaret est à 15 minutes en voiture. Tulum et Cancún sont à moins de 40 minutes en voiture.

La chambre principale avec vue sur l'océan comprend un lit king-size avec un dressing et une salle de bains avec deux lavabos, des toilettes et une douche double.

Casa Moskito is wonderful - we hope to return!

Our stay was so delightful and everything we wanted. Restful, beautiful, and that VIEW! The house was very well appointed and extremely comfortable with a brand new king size mattress in the primary. Jorge was helpful and responsive, and we hope to return again soon.

Another Great Stay

We consider this our home in Playa. I don't know exactly how many times we've stayed here, at least five times.We love the location, right on the beach and close to town. The owners are very responsive as is the property manager, Jorge.We will be back!

5 Night stay

The home description is accurate, Jorge the house manager was AMAZING! He helped set up bikes, groceries, and massages. The house was a great location being able to walk to shopping/restaurants. The pool was great! You don't get any shade until around noon under the back patio, I wish there was more comfortable seating, maybe some cushions for the patio furniture. The beds were comfortable, lots of comfortable pillows in the house. We will come back!

Our stay at Casa Moskito was amazing. Waking up every morning to the beautiful views of the ocean. The house was spacious and Jorge was very helpful with making our stay very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING!

I couldn't be happier with this stay. The house is absolutely beautiful - great location, very clean, close to all the stores and restaurants. Jorge, the manager of the property, made us feel so welcome, helped with all our inquiries. Can't wait to go back and stay at Casa Moskito :)

Another Great Stay

I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay. Super location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Jorge makes a great host. Only issue was the sargassum on the beach but certainly not anything our hosts could have done. We'll be back.

Beautiful Relaxing Location

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs around the world and this one was the closest we've ever stayed near the actual ocean, e.g., the tide normally comes within 25' feet of the infinity pool. The property location is also only a ten minute walk from the ferry terminal and Quinta Avenida, which is where pretty much everything happens here nearby. The house was perfect for a family size of 4-6. Jorge, our host was kind of enough to coordinate for our groceries, a massage and for a personal chef-cooked meal for our Thanksgiving (Chef Moti did a wonderful job of customizing and preparing our selected Mexican dish). We would definitely come back to this property again in the future.

Beautiful view and perfect location

Great place for two parents and four teens. Easy walk to PDC. Excellent support from concierge (Jorge). As noted in other reviews, the beach has eroded in front of the house. Bad for access, but good for privacy. We would gladly return!

Perfection! Fabiola and Adrian were such a bonus and we loved everything they made. Teresa was very thorough and nice. The kids loved the pool. Comfy beds and pillows and I’m picky about pillows so that was great. We really would love to come back…..it was hard to leave.

Great Stay

We have been coming to Playa for over 10 years and have always wanted to stay at Casa Moskito. Fantastic location coupled with a great property. The property manager Jorge is very communicative and makes the stay easy. The transfers from the airport were on time and easy to find once leaving the airport. I trust the powers that be, will address the issues associated with the beach but that will not prevent us from returning. Don't even think about staying here, book it!!

Week long getaway

5 Stars! Great location and property! Exactly as advertised. Very clean and not too much wear and tear. View was spectacular. Swimming was fantastic. Easy walk to 5th Ave. shops and dining. Jorge was a great host. Highly recommend Chef Edgar Ramirez (IG:@cheframirezedgar) who cooked 2 amazing meals for our group. Would book again.

Amazing family vacation spot!

Apartment was the perfect size for 5 adults and could have held 6 no problem. Everyone has their own space, and never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything was very clean and AC worked like a champ! Jorge was a fantastic host and was super accommodating. The neighborhood is very safe - guards everywhere and the location is close enough for shopping and wandering but far enough from the constant “marcha”. Definitely recommend and will keep Casa Moskito on my list for the next trip.

Fabulous house! Steps from the ocean, beautiful white sand beach.

Loved this house. Jorge was a phone call or text away when we had questions. Walmart and Mega were a quick 10 minute drive away. Picked up yummy pizza to eat at the house at Romeo’s. Each room has it’s own a/c unit for individual comfort levels. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas also provided but we stayed on the patio loungers. Safe area, guarded neighborhood.

Perfect Paradise

Our family gathered at Casa Moskito for a perfect getaway. Location was perfect, views were spectacular and service outstanding. Perfect location with lots of privacy but still close to Playa where we were able to go out and walk to local restaurants with out a crowded hotel. Property manager Jorge helped us get set up with all we needed. His communication and love for a Mexico was a gift. The house needs just a little TLC but the views and amenities were perfect. If you want a luxury like a Ritz this is not for you. If you want paradise and perfect spot with everything you need this is perfect.

Incredible view, ideal location, impeccable property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week with our two teenagers at Casa Moskito. Prior to our arrival, the house manager Jorge was incredibly helpful with referrals for everything from excursions to dining reservations to airport transportation to private chefs. He speaks excellent English and Spanish and was happy to communicate with us in either language. Once we arrived at Casa Moskito, everything was exactly as we had expected based on the listing. The space was impeccably clean and perfect for our needs. The home is RIGHT on the beach in a safe and quiet neighborhood and an easy 10 minute walk from all of the shops, restaurants and nightlife on Quinta Avenida. The lap pool is lovely for a cooling dip as well. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great House & Host, But Inaccurately Listed

We absolutely loved the house, and the house manager, cleaner, and pool attendant took very good care of us. And its location in the secure neighborhood of Playacar is excellent. However... the photos of the property are not accurate. There is no longer a beach in front of the house. What this means is: 1) you have to climb down over the water barrier to reach the water (not ideal if you have mobility issues), and 2) you have folks walking by right next to the pool all day, curtailing your privacy. While we loved staying at the house, but we were very disappointed that there was no beach, especially given that we paid sustainably more to stay on the beach. Again, the house was great. But it is not accurately represented on Vrbo.
