Idéalement situé sur la plage de Playacar Phase 1, à cinq minutes du début de la 5ème avenue, cette maison offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'eau turquoise. Il dispose d'une piscine et d'un jacuzzi d'eau froide. La terrasse donne sur la plage et l'océan. Playa del Carmen, longtemps un hub international, est rempli de restaurants de classe mondiale, de la vie nocturne et du shopping. Playa est également un excellent point de départ pour explorer tout le Yucatan a à offrir. Que vous voyagez plus loin ou béatement lounge sur la plage, il est tout bon. Not for everyone

We rented Villa Alborada during the second week in December, my wife and I and two grown daughters—one, with her husband and four-year old in tow. We loved the ever-changing ocean vistas and waking up, and dozing off, to the smell and sound of surf. But after four days, our youngest and her family decided to leave. This is not a place for small children, especially when you’re not fluent in Spanish—as English fluency among Playacar management, taxi drivers and the surrounding community is strikingly rare. Villa Alborada has many positives—among them, the view, the quiet, the security, the large rooms, the unit’s tidiness, not to mention ambient sunlight from the street-level wall of Gulf-facing windows. Yet each of these attributes had its downside. It is a mile and a half to the tourist district. The view is of a small beachfront access across the street. And where you can see out, passersby can see in. Security is omnipresent (probably for good reason). No dishwasher. No chairs in 2 bedrooms. Unheated pool. After hard rains, the unit smelled bad, possibly from septic gas. To preserve the septic system, bathroom wastepaper goes in a basket rather than being flushed. Our only meeting with the host featured dramatic warnings of penalties should we exceed our electricity allotment. When she said she would enter our unit 15 minutes before our leaving it, I refused. That said, the sun and surf were lovely.

Relaxing

The property was wonderful - excellent views and beach breezes and privacy for all guests. Loved the option to be at the pool or the ocean. The walks into town were great for getting in our exercise and the staff was great. Thank you!

Family favorite in Playa del Carmen

My two daughters and their families and I loved our week at Villa Alborada. The house layout on one level was perfect for our 4-76 years age spread. Being separated from the beach by an open sandy lot gave us gorgeous views without being right by the people on the beach when we were in our lovely pool. Three big bedrooms with two queen beds and en suite bathrooms suited our group, as did the big open-plan living area. We ate all our meals on the big covered patio, looking out over the pool to the ocean. Our contact, Hortencia, was so accommodating and helpful we felt we had a friend when we needed anything. Definitely recommend Villa Alborada with 5 stars.

Claudia was the best ! She was so helpful. Property is very well maintained and the location A+

It was a nice vacation, excellent location , clean . When we mentioned the dishes were a little greasy , immediately the house maid cleaned all of them. Claudia was the best. 5th Ave a 15-20 min walk , but we went there almost daily .

Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic stay at villa Alborada recently - the location is excellent due to the easy access to the beach, privacy and quiet as it is located at the southern end of Playacar, and it is only a 15-min walk to town. The villa itself provides open views to the beach, has a lovely pool, an open covered patio, and is located in a very nice neighborhood. The interior is spacious, well thought out, and provides space and privacy with three en-suite bedrooms and two additional half-bathrooms. We would stay here again.

Very Relaxing Stay

My brothers and I had a great time. Claudia and team were extremely nice and responsive, and the property was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and the views of the beach with Cozumel in the distance was awesome. Highly recommend the the optional Chef service - hats off to Chef Anuar.

What a stunning villa this is! Beautiful location, right on the beachfront, a few steps to the sand each morning. The villa was spotless and very spacious, we couldn't have asked for more!

This was the best vacation we’ve ever had!! This is a 1 level home with 3 bedrooms , 3 full bathrooms 2 half bathrooms (1 is outside in the pool area) there is a private roped off section of the beach right in front. The property is gorgeous! It’s a 10 minute walk to the ferry’s to Cozumel. Making it a fantastic location overall. We were treated like royalty. The manager Claudia is very helpful and accommodating! She was able to fix my booking error with no issues and she coordinated most of our trip. Chef Anuar’s meals are culinary perfection! I have pre diabetes’ finding food I can eat is challenging at times. Chef Anuar was able to make low sugar subtitles that were incredibly delicious! He also made my son’s birthday lunch which made it such an extra special day. All of the staff is fantastic from the security to the gardener. They are kind and helpful. A security guard helped us order delivery one night(which absolutely not in his job description) I want to thank Hortencia for keep our fridge full, and Mara who kept our casa clean, tidy, and smelling fantastic. And our driver Orlando! He waited to make sure my friend made it in the airport and kept an eye on her flight. Thank you so very much Claudia! We truly loved our vacation and will be back soon, If you’ll have us

Absolutely perfect stay!

Had all the amenities and perfectly appointed location and layout. Great natural light (though during hot months might be good to cover to reduce heat coming in). Cleaning service/pool service and residence managers were all friendly and responsive. Appliances all in fantastic working order. Would stay again!

Girls Trip 2022

The property was just as it was listed, three bedrooms with an en-suite and 6 beds. This was perfect, we all had our own beds. Claudia the manager was very nice and just a text or phone call away. She gave good advice on places to visit and eat. The Wi-Fi was a little sketchy but we just unplugged it and plugged it back in and we were good to go. We will definitely rent this place again.

Wedding vacay!

We had such a wonderful time!! We stayed at a resort for the beginning of our stay and finished off here for the remainder of the time! We had a private chef come on out last night that Claudia scheduled and it was amazing! Great location close to downtown playa and great communication for help when we needed it. Even the staff on the property helped us get beer when we ran out! Definitely would come back!

Great place to stay

Claudia and Hortencia were extremely helpful and accommodating. I asked a million questions and Claudia was always responsive. Once I understood their process, we were set. You will need to bring cash with you. The chef and morning cook made our stay unforgettable. Food was authentic and delicious. The beach is about 30 steps from the house. The house was a dream and positioned well. It was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The only thing I would do differently is rent bikes to get to the main strip (5th Avenue). It’s a 15 min hike from the house which is in a gated community. Also, choose your time wisely because seaweed controlled the coastline. We couldn’t really go swimming because of it, but made use of the pool. We went in June but I’m told August is better. Beaches were the only downside but everything else was great.

This was perfect! The location, pool, beach and house were all gorgeous and Camilla and housekeeper Norma were very helpful and friendly. We definitely plan to book this home again because it's perfect for all ages and tons to do!
