Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed interior showing elegance and functionality. The spacious living areas are bathed in natural light, offering a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.

The property features four generously sized bedrooms and 3 separate indoor living areas providing enough space for the whole family. The main living and dining room has a Sonos sound system, the Piano/TV room has a TV, an Avant electric grand piano, and a Sonos sound system, and the multipurpose/TV room downstairs has a TV, Sonos sound system, and games and books. All living areas have comfortable king-furniture couches to relax on and enjoy the great views

3 queen beds have iAdjust Quest 2.0 adjustable frames with remote controls to lower or adjust the head of the bed, foot of the bed, and height and each has a Chiro energy mattress and the single beds have good quality Breath mattresses.

1st Bedroom: 1 x Queen.

2nd Bedroom: 1 x Queen.

3rd Bedroom: 1 x Queen.

4th Bedroom: 1x Bunk bed and 2x single.

Sheets and towels are provided as are essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, flour, oils, sauces, cleaning supplies etc.

There are 2 warm outdoor showers for guest use. There is also a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with high quality appliances, knives, cookware, rice cooker, sandwich press, glasses, cutlery and crockery for 10 guests plus high quality Ziggy gas BBQ and accessories for outdoor cooking.

There is heating in every room. It is provided via reverse cycle air-conditioning in every bedroom and living room ( one is a ducted system that covers the Piano room and the mid-level bedroom). The air conditioning heats and cools each room and underfloor heating in each of the 4 bathrooms.

Note: Arrival Time for Peak & High Seasons is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check-in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.
