Dining, shopping, and grocery are all within walking distance giving you the option to leave the car behind and explore everything this amazing area has to offer on foot. If you’re planning to venture out further, the plentiful public transportation is a convenient and safe way to get to your desired destination.

All the way up on the 33rd floor, the panoramic views of the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway will greet you each morning as you watch the sun rise over the vast blue waters. The spacious glass-railed terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail as you let the breeze wash over you and carry all your troubles away. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a Queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF BOOKING COST:
o Application Fees: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application/screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.

o One-Time Valet Parking Fee: Guests will have access to valet parking for a one-time fee of $10, covering your parking decal for your entire stay. This one-time fee will be paid directly to La Perla (the property). Only one vehicle is permitted per booking. If you have additional vehicles, you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.

o One-Time Guest ID, Beach Service, and Pool Access Fee: Guests will register with the office upon arrival and receive guest ID's. This one-time fee is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla (the property). Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services.

o Towel Cards: There is a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit; 1-bedroom units have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all cards in the unit when you depart, or you will be charged for each missing card.
