Sofa Bed is in the Rec room downstairs. Almost all things have been purchased second hand from across the province of Alberta and are from the 80's or older era. It took 2 months to drive around Alberta and decorate this house so that it felt like you were truly going back in time. Stunning & super clean vintage 1957 house but shows its age via its original hardwood floors that creak in some areas upstairs and is missing some hardwood stain in the double bedroom. There is water stain in the original bathroom sink upstairs & some wear and tear on the tile in the downstairs laundry room floor.
There is street parking in front of the house that is always available because you are the only house facing this section of the street. So there is approx 5-6 street parking spots available almost all the time. I lived in this house for one month while getting it ready and in that time never saw anyone park in these spots. The garage is rented out to a company so you can NOT park in front of the garage but the garage is farther from the front door than the street so it will not be of any inconvenience to you. Crestwood in Edmonton is a sought after neighbourhood where the average income is over $100,00 and its quiet, safe and most houses like this one are a min or two walk from the trails and river valley.
