Guest Access:
In the condominium, there are 5 apartments in total. In the common area, you will find a pool and a grill. The cost for its use is $350 pesos, this amount is charged for the cleaning that we will do after use.
NOTE: THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING, PARKING IS OUTSIDE BUILDING, ON THE STREET.

The Neighborhood:
We are 2 blocks from Macro Plaza (with a lot of local shops, Walmart and Cinemax cinema) and 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Avenue (the second largest avenue in the city), where you will find the bus stop and taxis. 7 blocks from La Comer y Costco. We are 8 minutes by car from the beach, 15 minutes by car from the city center, the airport and the bus station. The neighbors are nice local people. For those who like to walk or run, 5 blocks from the condominium is the Riviera del Pitillal, a beautiful place for its nature, typical for this sport.
Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 7 km | 4.3 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
The building is currently undergoing refurbishment, so there may be construction noise during the day.
The cost for use of the BBQ is $350 pesos. This amount is charged for the cleaning that we will do after use. It must be reserved at least 1 day before.
Due to the high cost of electricity not only in our area but throughout Puerto Vallarta, we have had to take some preventive measures that help us, as hosts, as well as our guests. Your stay includes 15 KW of use PER DAY, which is ENOUGH for the use of the A/C equipment for 8 hours at 26°C, with closed doors and windows. Keeping them open would generate a lot of waste. Upon arrival, we will send you the photograph of the meter and its reading with numbers, also, upon departure so that you can verify the information. The SURPLUS will be charged at $ 5.00 pesos/KW. Charges will be through the Airbnb platform.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Small pets are allowed.
