This beautiful and cozy apartment boasts a modern style that has been recently remodeled to ensure our guests feel both comfortable and pampered. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area where you can unwind at the end of the day. The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need to prepare any meal of the day and with a wooden table and bench where you can enjoy a sit-down meal at home.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, ideally 4 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a Smart TV, ensuring a restful night and entertainment at your fingertips. The second bedroom houses two double beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable environment regardless of the weather outside.

For those who value practicality, the apartment is located on the ground floor, eliminating the need to navigate stairs. Additionally, the condominium offers a laundry service at an accessible price. Guests can also enjoy the two swimming pools within the condominium—one for children and another for adults. And for those driving in, private parking is available.

The decor and style of this apartment are designed to provide a sense of home away from home, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests.

Guest Access:
You will have access to all the common areas of the condominium wearing the bracelets provided inside the apartment. Each lost bracelet has a cost of $2000 MXN, upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

The Neighborhood:
We are in the heart of the hotel zone of Puerto Vallarta, which is also one of the hearts of the local people's life, there are hangouts for tourists and locals, so you can feel like at home. Although, when you are in the condo you feel more like in the middle of the jungle. Around, you will find a variety of high level restaurants and also traditional food, Food Truck Park, two shopping centers including super market, pizza places, spa, pharmacies and night clubs ( all this can be reached walking). Public access to the beach is a 10 minute walk (about 3 blocks away walking, the beach is actually located even closer if you walk across the Fiesta Americana Hotel). The public beach has a strong swell, so I recommend getting closer to the hotel area. There are no umbrellas on that beach, but there is a beach restaurant on the shore.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, and the bus station and downtown are about 10 minutes away by car.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is some roadwork going on. There is still access to the property, just follow the traffic signs.

In the condominium complex, there is a laundry service where you can leave your clothes in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon at a very accessible price.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.

A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.

There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure, losing or not returning the bracelets will have a penalty of $2000 MXN for each one.
