THE SPACE

This space intentionally lacks a TV, creating a cosy spot for family games, reading, and enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.

At the hallway's far end, you'll find the master suite, appointed with a queen-sized bed, a mirrored wardrobe extending from floor to ceiling, and a private ensuite bathroom. A door provides direct access to the backyard patio, creating a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and indulge in a good book.

Two additional bedrooms, complete with built-in robes, and direct access to the shared front patio, line the hallway. The second bedroom is complete with a king-single bed, and the third bedroom with a double bed. A shared bathroom centrally serves these bedrooms.

The fourth bedroom, located on the opposite side of the house, features a comfortable single bed and a built-in wardrobe. It also provides access to the backyard patio, which is shared with the second living room.

Please note the garage is not for guest use, however, there is room for 2 cars on the driveway or ample street parking.
