The Space:
This property is large, to say the least! There is ample driveway parking and plenty of yard to explore.
The front door enters into a comfortable lounge room. You are greeted by a 80cm smart tv, a raked ceiling, comfy leather lounge and access to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
There are three bedrooms on this floor. Two contain queens and one offers two single beds. One of the queens has the convenience of the ensuite while the other shares with the single room. Conveniently, there is also a separate toilet.
You'll find a fully appointed kitchen-dining space equipped with a range of modern appliances, cookware, and an 8-seater dining suite. This space is perfect for enjoying delicious meals while spending quality time with your loved ones!
Adjoining the kitchen is the deck, which is an entertainers delight! Revel in the sun shine as you fire up the BBQ and enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining setting.
Three bedrooms are located on the lower floor. These consist of one room with a queen bed, another with a single bed and a third room furnished with both a queen and a single bed.
Also found on this floor is a modern bathroom, laundry, and a rumpus room. The rumpus room provides guests with plenty of entertainment, featuring a pool table, a smart TV and comfy couches.

The Neighborhood:
Newstead is located southeast of Launceston city, 7 minutes from the centre of the city. Characterised by a beautiful mix of well-manicured 20th century weatherboard homes, an array of solid red brick homes, along with the integration of spacious modern homes and designs The suburb has a great little shopping precinct including a coles, hairdresser, post office and boutiques.
Make your way down to the ever so popular Abbott Street, located in East Launceston. This street is often bustling with locals in the mornings and on weekends visiting some of Launceston’s most renowned cafés, shops, and a beloved gourmet gourmet grocery store. Within the suburb you will also find the Apricus restaurant, where you can not only enjoy delicious meals, but also interact with the lovely farm animals that inhabit the grounds!
Launceston City is just a stone's throw away. Here you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces. The City Park is not to be missed, surrounded by beautiful oak tree gardens, you will find unique and fun experiences to enjoy such as train rides, a playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory, and cheeky snow monkeys.
Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge. A spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the Apps ‘Beam’’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

Please note for longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.
The home welcomes families and little ones; however, please note that there are no baby gates for the stairs.
A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by agreed check out time.
We ask you to please ensure that the BBQ is cleaned following use, we may charge an additional cost if this is not left in a clean state.
Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
