The space comprises an expansive open kitchen, living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows to views of stunning East Beach. A 3/4 size pool table and smart TV for entertainment and a free standing gas heater provides ambience and warmth to cosy up to on cooler evenings. With two queen bedrooms; the master with ocean views and ensuite, a third twin bedroom and separate bunk room provide various sleeping options. A bathroom with a bath, a separate shower and a stocked laundry completes Spindrift. Comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests; perfect for couples, 1 - 2 families or larger groups.

With a large deck nestled amongst the tea trees in this quintessential Port Fairy dream house, overlooking the beach with relaxed outdoor dining space & sun lounges. Whilst a secondary deck at the rear of the home captures the afternoon sun with a BBQ and shady grassed area for many activities.
