PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in the "Ikara" building. This is a small apartment building in Goonawarra Drive a short walk to all attractions.
You can park in the driveway in front of the garage door. Or use lockable garage then being. able to park two vehicles off road. Garage access is 2100mm.
Walk to the rear of the building then up one flight of stairs to apartment 3. The key safe is directly next to the entrance door to the apartment.
Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.
The apartment lock up garage for your vehicle is for your use for the duration of your visit
AIR-CONDITIONING
The lounge, dining, kitchen area has a large air-conditioning unit. If you leave the. bedroom doors open you also cool bedrooms from the lounge air-conditioning if that is ever needed.
The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
Both bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. The dining area has an overhead fan
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
The kitchen is well equipped, with oven, electric. cook top, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee plunger, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats four There is a lovely balcony with further seating off the dining room. There is an overhead fan directly above the table.
