Welcome to our holiday unit! Perfect for couples, friends and families. The unit is located a short 300m from the Mooloolaba Esplanade so park up your car and everything is within walking distance. Directly across the road is the top of the new boardwalk with some of the most magnificent costal views to really get you into vacay mode.
PLEASE NOTE: The air conditioner has been repaired and now working. The AC's are in the bedrooms not the living room.
Two bedrooms feature comfy medium/firm beds, one bathroom with a separate toilet, brand new kitchen, dining and living room, laundry facilities and a balcony with stunning ocean views. Everything you need for the perfect getaway.
To keep you comfortable there are ceiling fans throughout the unit and each bedroom has reverse cycle heating and cooling. Winters are just as wonderful as summer with the most magical sunrises in winter.
Whether you’re looking for a epic family beach holiday or a weekend away with friends – we’ve got you covered. Shared facilities with the other units include swimming pool and BBQ area.
All bed linen and bath towels provided and laundry facilities in the unit to keep them fresh on longer stays- just make sure you bring beach/pool towels.

Easy and secure self check-in via a locked key box on arrival.
You do not have access to the on-site reception.
Your car will be secure behind a coded gate and closable garage.
Directions and check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to check in.
New decking in the pool area is being replaced starting Monday 20 February.
We hope that the work will be completed by 28 February. During this period, the pool will be closed to all guests.
We will be available for any questions throughout your stay however we will not be onsite.
There is one car park provided and ample street parking in the nearby streets. Unless you are planning on going further than Mooloolaba or Alexandra Headland then there will be no need for you to use a car. You will be able to walk everywhere!
As you can see our unit is in an amazing location with the best ocean views. The downside to this is sometimes it's a little noisy from traffic when sitting on the balcony during peak times. All bedrooms are located at the back of the unit which limits any disturbance from the traffic when sleeping.
Our unit is located on level three and the only access is via stairs.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO HENS (BACHERLORETTE), NO BUCKS(BACHELOR) PARTIES, NO SCHOOLIES, NO PETS & NO SMOKING.
- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- No pets allowed on the property. Additional charges may apply to those who ignore this rule.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.
- Smoking inside AND OUTSIDE the property is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the property.
- Excessive use of utilities such as water, electricity, and WIFI may result in additional charges.
- Where a porta cot is provided, this is used at the guests own risk. The owner and hosts do not accept any liability should anything occur during its use.
- Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.
- No illegal activity or running a business from the premises.
