The back patio space is ready to host your group for grilling, swimming, and relaxing outside in Nashville’s perfect weather. There is also a great lounge area with a TV outside and a gas firepit that overlooks the pool! This home's heart is a truly gourmet kitchen with an adjacent dining room and living room for that open concept space that creates a perfect flow between the indoor and outdoor space. There are two offices on the property, one upstairs and one downstairs. Additionally, there is a poker and entertainment room upstairs and a gym right down the hall. The finishes in this home are truly top-of-the-line and are perfect for those who appreciate luxury.

This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds, which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply.
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Dogs considered.
