The Space:

Located on the foreshore of Kings Beach, this apartment offers an incredible outlook & is positioned perfectly for a coastal getaway with family & friends.
Open Plan Living & Kitchen:
Modern and moody in design, the kitchen is well-equipped to cater for families or groups of friends. Featuring island bench seating for three, a large fridge (564L) and plenty of utensils, this kitchen is stocked with ammenities and appliances. Extending out from the kitchen is the open-plan living area in which features a lounge setting facing the TV, a social setting with a beachfront backdrop and a dining table. The lounge setting facing the smart TV contains a comfortable three-seater couch. The social setting is perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail as it overlooks the exquisite view of endless blue. Across from this setting is the dining table that features space to seat up to six people. The entirety of this open-plan living and dining area is complimented by the beautiful backdrop that is Kings Beach.
Master Bedroom: The spacious master suite is complete with spectacular ocean views and features an R&R space with a large bath to kick back and relax on holidays. This room features a plush king sized bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, large walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite. After a long day exploring the scenes of the Sunshine Coast, let the soothing sound and sight of crashing waves from your bedside window put you to sleep.

Media Room: This space is complete with a large lounge that can be converted into a sofa bed that sleeps two. The room is decked out with a large flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights! For those who need to catch up on work or study, there is a desk and chair also in this room.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with one undercover car space in the garage. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in the heart of Kings Beach you will find a patrolled beach, surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water park and beach pool located a short stroll away. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 5-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
