All of this is within view of the shaded patio where you can relax on outdoor couches or enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining table for 8.

Between exploring Joshua Tree and making the most of the home’s vast outdoor space, you’ll appreciate the quiet and calming retreat of the home’s interiors. Here the main living area offers space to relax on the large sectional couch facing a smart tv, with sliding glass doors overlooking the backyard. On your way to the kitchen, you’ll pass the indoor dining area as well as a foosball table for indoor recreation. Arriving to the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook delicious meals at home including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware.

Pool heating is an additional $100 fee per day. Please contact Customer Care after the booking is made.
Parking space for up to 3 vehicles is provided between the garage and driveway.

In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
