SANTORINI BLUE
Welcome to Santorini Blue on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, we sincerely hope you enjoy your stay. This property is registered under the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay.
The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.

We also remind you that you are legally responsible for all persons on premises. Santorini Blue disclaim any responsibility for your guests behaviour nor accidents.
1. Number of people allowed on property CANNOT EXCEED the number advised as per booking for legal reasons.
2. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property at any time.
3. Any loss of keys or remotes will attract replacement fees and an administration fee may also apply.
4. Please do NOT place sanitary or contraceptive items etc in toilets as this causes blockages in the sewage system and additional fees and charges may apply.
5. Should you have to cancel the booking then the deposit paid is the cancellation fee. We endeavour to assist with a replacement guest to minimise the cancellation fee charged.

Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area, Thank you.
A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.

NOISE - Lastly but very importantly be mindful of your noise levels at the house. There is to be no excessive noise at any time of the day or night and you need to abide by council law and not have audible noise to the neighbours past 10pm on weekends. We have a no party policy at the house. Bonds are withheld if there is a breach in residential noise restrictions and our neighbours are disturbed. There are now new council laws stating there is to be no outside use of the house from 10pm, from this time you need to be indoors.
