Please note: this home is equipped with sound monitoring technology, which tracks noise levels. You'll receive a text notification if the noise exceeds a certain threshold that may indicate a party. If the sound continues without subsiding, a follow-up call will be made to address the issue.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Please BYO pool towels.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

This home is registered for short stay with the Mornington Peninsula Council: STRA0252/23.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
