Lovely lovely apartment

This apartment was perfect for us, just as the pictures showed - gorgeous tasteful decor with lovely touches. My friend and I stayed for a conference and were thrilled to have this little hideway for our base. We collapsed on the 'sage lounge' as we called it and now want that exact lounge for ourselves. Just comfy, beds comfy, everything worked and everything we needed. Just to note a lot of roadworks in the area which meant some noise but generally not an issue. Super close to the ocean and food. What more can one want?!

good beach location

Upon arrival, place looked fairly clean, outside chairs dirty and mouldy, broken retractable washing line, we turned on airconditioner it was not working very well, filters were filthy dirty, there was a problem with the fan/light remotes for both bedrooms they kept turning each others fans and lights off, put a small load into washing machine it came up error code half way through due to blocked drains I had to drain water out and wash and hand ring dry shower was great but be aware the shower is over the bathtub which has a large tall side ledge to climb over, difficult for elderly noisy local roadworks and building works in area

So beautiful

This place is so beautiful. From the outside it is nothing until you walk in. The unit it so amazing. It is clean and pristine. All homewares are amazing. Easy to acess and easy to use. Beach too close its surreal. Mermaid Beach surf club best meals.

Beautiful coastal unit in a great spot

Overall super happy with the accommodation. It’s not big but it’s enough to be your base while you’re out exploring the coast. Very central location, walking distance to many great cafes and the beach. The only gripe I have is that there was no closed in outdoor area for the littlies to contain them when we were at the unit. And the access to the unit it a bit of a mission with a pram and heaps of luggage. But overall, this didn’t detract from the experience, just be aware that it might be a consideration. The host was awesome, very helpful, left us some goodies to enjoy.

Modern gem

Great location to all that Mermaid/Broadbeach area has to offer. The place was well designed with modern conveniences and clean coastal decor. Three of us ladies stayed there quite comfortably. The host was accommodating and available. The arrival treats were a welcome bonus!
