Linger Longer C a stunning, newly updated condo, with it's large windows and sliders, offers a breath taking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. With 2 floors each with a seperate bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa, and kitchen, it it the perfect layout for a larger family, girls vacation , or friends/family 16 years and older , it's the perfect getaway to relax on the island. Enjoy the breeze, breathe in the fresh salt air, and watch the dolphins swim past as you relax on the spacious open balcony with a cold beverage . Inside, the beautiful coastal hues, new stylish furniture and decor complete the tranquil vibe of this beachfront paradise.

Uniquely situated on Bradenton Beach , just south of Anna Maria and north of Longboat Key and Sarasota beaches, a free trolley ride up and down the beach makes Linger Longer C a great home base to discover the old Florida scenery, the eclectic shops, and abundant restaurants that Anna Maria Island and it's beaches has to offer.

Linger Longer C provides all the comforts home including all linens, cookware and utensils, beach towels, full size lounge chairs , grill , and garage .This unit is only one of 4 in the building which adds to it's private appeal. With tons of natural light and an open and spacious feel, the living room, and kitchen keep you in the conversation with friends. Right off the kitchen is a large dining table for 6 people with great views to enjoy while eating your favorite island meal or better yet, cook your catch of the day on the grill ! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a microwave and dishwasher . For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a King bed and large closet. There are plenty of windows to let the natural light in and a large smart TV to lull you to sleep. The comfy living room sleeper sofa provides for a guest or additional family members. Step out on the balcony and start your day with a cup of coffee and soak in the morning sun . A half bath completes the living area.

Toes in the sand in minutes. It doesn't get better than this. Enjoy a glass of wine on the 360 degree view rooftop while the sun sets or star gaze on a clear night. It's time to book, what are you waiting for ? It's beautiful on the island......why not Linger Longer?

Spring break getaway

Beautiful beach view, very comfortable accommodations, and a great location. Loved it!!! There were a few maintenance issues, refrigerator, sliding doors and the hot tub while we were there. Hopefully they were taken care of before the next guests arrived! The traffic was crazy busy during the day so we made sure to go out early for groceries and trips to the fish market. Bridge St is a very short walk and there are plenty of places to eat and shop.

Excellent location; Beautiful views

The name doesn't disappoint! You will definitely want to Linger Longer at this property. The views of the ocean are spectacular and with the upstairs bedroom view, living room and kitchen view, lounge chairs on ground floor and rooftop you have plenty of ways to check them out. Its proximity to Bridge Street and walking trails make it an excellent location.

We had a great time at LingerLonger CD. It was spacious and had everything you would need for a vacation at the beach. The view and outside space was great—steps to the gulf. The location was very close to Bridge St. All questions we had while we were there were answered promptly by the property manager as well. We would definitely like to go back!

Perfect location!!

Perfect spot for a girls’ getaway! Close to everything- beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, the Island Trolley… We enjoyed beautiful views of the water from the time we woke up and drank our coffee on the deck to the time we had evening cocktails on the rooftop deck with a 360 view of the sunset, Gulf and bay. Beautiful decor inside and out. Loved having lounge chairs for the beach. We felt very blessed to enjoy this location to its fullest. We would definitely stay here again! We have a few suggestions to make the stay even better. First, we would have appreciated notification that the hot tub was not functioning. It was one of the perks we paid for and very disappointing that there was no communication or apology for its unavailability. Second, extra towels and dishes would have been convenient, especially washcloths as we couldn’t find enough for all of us. Third, the fold out couches were not comfortable. We could feel the bars through the upstairs mattress and we ended up borrowing two air mattresses from a local person to remedy this. Fourth, it would be great to have a drying rack for wet suits and towels. Fifth, directions for the shower controls would be helpful. We thought they were broken and called the property manager who said he receives calls about this often. Lastly, the wooden chairs on the rooftop deck are a hazard, broken or very wobbly.
