Recently Updated Vintage Island Beach Front home has 4 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the charm of yesterday in this great family beach house located between Palm and Magnolia Avenues. Excellent Gulf views, steps to beautiful, white sandy beaches. Centrally located in the City of Anna Maria walking distance to many great Restaurants and Shops.  This home includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, several flat screen TV's, outside shower.  There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with a Queen size bed. There is a bathroom with tub/shower combo on the ground level as well.   Upstairs in the loft that faces the beach (3rd bedroom) there is a King Bed and 2 twin beds. The 4th bedroom located upstairs has 2 Twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower.

PET POLICY INFORMATION

There is a minimum $150 taxable pet fee per dog.
All pets require approval after booking. Non-aggressive breeds only.
*Be sure to indicate you have a pet, where you enter the number of guests.*

If approved, the fee will be added, and we'll confirm the new total with you before charging your card.

Finally, a quick reminder of our pet rules:
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
- The yard must be kept clean of waste.
- Excessive hair must be cleaned up prior to departure.

Please note: The City of Anna Maria rental regulations state that rental homes can only have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

For a little extra space or those who like more privacy, a studio suite is located above the garage and may be added with an additional fee. This apartment has a Queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, SmartTV, and WiFi.
