Situated in the Santa Rosa Shores neighborhood in beautiful Gulf Breeze, this home is just a short walk to the Oriole Beach Public Boat Ramp and is a short drive to the white sands of Pensacola Beach. This single family home is the perfect choice for your family's next vacation! The large, private, screened in pool is perfect for those long hot summer days. There is also a screened in patio that is the perfect relaxing spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or outdoor dining. There is also plenty of off street parking in the double driveway and 2 car garage.

This large 4 bedroom home has a split floor plan that separates the primary suite from the other 3 bedrooms. Great rental, easy to use.

We had a great visit. The rental was even nicer then it looked it pictures which rarely happens. No issues.

Four adults trip to Pensacola

This property was as listed. Slept us comfortably and was central to the beach, tourist locations, and Pensacola city. Also a very easy drive to the airport. It was a very easy check in process and check out process. The kitchen had great plates, bowls, and glasses. The house did have a lot of bugs and traps set up around the house. The towels and sheets looked dirty lilt they hadn’t been washed, but may have just been older and stained. Additionally, there were a lot of lights that did not work (we figured the light bulbs were burnt out), and the dishwasher shelf was broken.

Pensacola Beach Stay

This property was large and clean and as advertised. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Property sits in a developed neighborhood about 10-15 mins from the Pensacola Bridge (and the famous beach ball water tower). We had no need to contact the property manager throughout our stay so I can't speak to that. The only thing I didn't love was that the property must be up for sale or owned by a commercial investor because there were no "homey" touches: blankets on the couch for snuggling, no true quality paper products, no pool towels, no beach equipment to borrow during stay; that sort of thing. But it was as advertised and they had "starter" items like coffee and tp so that was nice. There is also hardly any options for very close dining out except for a Ruby Tuesdays and a Mexican restaurant and whole main drag (98) was under construction so it was hard to see what was there and available. If you want to enjoy local seafood options and water ambience, plan on going to bridge area. Beaches in NPS Seashore were the most beautiful we've ever seen. We drove all the way to Navarre and the opposite way to Gulf Shores Alabama.

Great Stay!

This home was perfect for a relaxing family getaway, with a large screened-in pool. The property was also perfectly located for beach access.

Nice but could have been better

The reason we picked this location was because it had a pool. When we arrived it was very disappointing to see that the pool was extremely cloudy. So much so that there was no visibility past 12 inches from the surface. I contact I-trip which is who we were suppose to contact. they stated the pump had just been repaired but they would send out pool techs the next day. Well if they showed up we couldn't tell that they did anything except for drop a vacuum in. Which they didn't even clean the filter on the vacuum. The house is old but it has been remodeled. It looks nice but still has some of the older amenities that didn't get replaced during the remodel. There are multiple light switches that do nothing. Only one of the outdoor lights worked in the back with the pool. The pool light also didn't work and it was pitch black since none of the lights worked. This was disheartening to the kids because they thought they would be able to swim since the pool is screened in but as I stated it was pitch black. Also during our stay the garage door broke, which i understand happens but things just compounded. The outdoor trash can running over and looked like it hadn't been empties in at least a couple of weeks. Also, during our stay we killed multiple spiders in the house. One was on the bed. Living in the south i understand bugs are a part of life but this place was in desparate need of a spray.
