Welcome to Sleepy Bay, a new property to our rental program!

Pack the kiddo's and pup up for a fun filled vacation! Private pool (not heated) with a large backyard, dog friendly!
You will fall in love with the soft coastal decor and inviting layout of the entire home. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white quartz counter tops. Stocked with everything you need to make that special meal while on vacation. Dinette table with seating for 4 overlooking the pool. A beautiful white dining room table with seating for 6. Large living room with a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 club chairs. Large family-sized pool with a screen-enclosure, has a comfortable seating area. Relax on the large pool deck enjoying the afternoon sun with a cold glass of iced tea. There is a grill in the pool area.

Large fenced back yard to play a game or toss a ball around with the entire family. There is a foosball and air hockey table in the garage along with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Sleepy Bay sleeps 10 comfortably, 6 adults and 4 children. Large King Master Suite has a flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom with enclosed shower, double vanity sink and a walk-in closet. There are 2 Guest Bedrooms. The bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunk beds that sleeps 4 children. Guest bathroom #2 has a Queen-size bed and TV. The shared full bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a vanity sink. There is a large Laundry room with washer and dryer. There are also games on the shelf in the Laundry room for the family to gather around and play.
All bed linens are provided including beach towels.

Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and a short drive to our beautiful sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Double car garage with the foosball and air hockey table. NO PARKING IN GARAGE.
$200 Per Dog Fee, 2 dogs permitted.

A Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sleepy Bay for 30 days. It was a very comfortable house with everything we needed. The beds were SO comfortable. Linens and towels were brand new. Inside, the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with newer dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Although the weather was chilly most of January, we did spend a few days out on the pool deck. We did not use the pool; however, it was extremely clean. I would imagine that it would be a great pool on a hot day! Neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and safe. We walked daily both on the sidewalks and a nearby walking trail. The beach is approx 5 miles away which allowed us daily trips. We enjoyed our time at this rental!

Escaping to Sleepy Bay

We enjoyed sitting poolside and watching my kids swim for hours.Highly recommend Shrimp Basket if you are looking for some yummy dinner.This was a relaxing weekend!

Perfect for a family getaway

Place was clean and well-appointed. Family loved having the pool in the evening. Location is convenient for accessing Navarre beach or other spots in the area. Great communication from the hosts and we would certainly recommend to our family & friends.

My family and I arrived with the intention of cooking, and I appreciated how there was enough of silverware, utensils, and blankets. There was a grill for barbecuing there. The pool was fantastic, and I loved the outdoor space. The managers of the properties were friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, I would reserve Navarre Sands Rental once more.
