The Space:
This gorgeous upper floor condo at Latitud 20 offers amenities like free parking, elevator, BBQ grill and TWO pools. The first pool is on the ground floor in a relaxing and tranquil tropical setting. The second pool is on the rooftop and offers amazing and expansive views of the Caribbean Sea. This roof lounge is hands-down one of the best in all of Playa! The rooftop features plenty of seating for sunbathing, relaxing in the shade, or dining al fresco.
The condo space features:
- Incredible open plan space with marble floors throughout. The open concept kitchen/living/dining room makes it fantastic for group togetherness.
- The living room area features a wall-mounted 50” flatscreen TV w/ satellite and Sony Playstation 3!. Plus a comfy chaise lounge for when at home relaxing, watching a movie, or catching the big game.
- The dining area has a great table for 6 for those wonderful sit-down meal moments. Plus there are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar at the kitchen counter.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and even a wine fridge! It’s a chef’s dream! You can easily prepare healthy home-cooked meals here any day or night!

This is a self-check-in property using the lockbox to access the keys. We’ll provide you with the access code 24 hours before arrival.
You’ll have exclusive access to the condo and of course access to the private roof terrace, both pools, and the common grounds during your stay.

On the north end of Playa del Carmen in Zazil-ha, some call “Little Italy” because of the Italian influence in Playa and the amazing Italian restaurants, you’ll find your exquisite condo inside Latitude20.

Getting Around:
The condo is a 45-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), 55.1 km/34.2 miles away. If arriving by car, you can park on the street nearby but be aware of the paid parking meters that are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You’ll have to look for the parking post to pay the meter and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, however, this property is so centrally located you won’t even need a car. Everything is within walking distance. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
This condo has 2 comfortably furnished rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The place can accommodate 4 people.
- For short-term reservations (2-29 nights) electricity is included. For reservations of 30 nights or more, electricity is not included and there is a fixed fee.
- Please note that for stays of 30 days or longer, there is a required mid-stay cleaning at an extra fee.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Security cameras in the exterior hallways for security reasons only.
Lastly, long-term stays are available.
The local team works from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday only in case of emergency.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
