The Space:
Start to feel like the house on Edgewater Close is your home away from home, with its thoughtful furnishings and welcoming atmosphere. Five guests can enjoy their stay near the beach between three beds and two baths.
The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed flanked by bedside tables and lamps. It features an attached ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The second bedroom has a cozy double bed accompanied by a bedside table and lamp. Meanwhile, the third bedroom offers a comfortable king-single bed, complete with a functional desk and ergonomic office chair. With split-system air conditioning installed throughout the home, you're guaranteed a restful sleep regardless of the season or time of day.
The primary and ensuite bathrooms feature charcoal tiling and freestanding walk-in glass showers. Guests can enjoy complimentary towels and toiletries for a luxurious experience.
The stylishly simple living room seamlessly blends the lounging area, dining space, and kitchen, fostering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and socialising. Sink into the inviting couch as the indoor fireplace warms you up. Consider visiting Queenscliff for a variety of family-friendly activities and breathtaking sea views. You can plan a day starting at the Fort Queenscliff Museum, where you can explore the historic lighthouse and the beach. Take a leisurely walk down Bellarine Highway, pausing at the Queenscliff Gallery and Queenscliff Historical Museum.

**Security Deposits**
We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.
**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
