The Space:
Start to feel like the house on Edgewater Close is your home away from home, with its thoughtful furnishings and welcoming atmosphere. Five guests can enjoy their stay near the beach between three beds and two baths.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed flanked by bedside tables and lamps. It features an attached ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The second bedroom has a cozy double bed accompanied by a bedside table and lamp. Meanwhile, the third bedroom offers a comfortable king-single bed, complete with a functional desk and ergonomic office chair. With split-system air conditioning installed throughout the home, you're guaranteed a restful sleep regardless of the season or time of day.

The primary and ensuite bathrooms feature charcoal tiling and freestanding walk-in glass showers. Guests can enjoy complimentary towels and toiletries for a luxurious experience.

The stylishly simple living room seamlessly blends the lounging area, dining space, and kitchen, fostering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and socialising. Sink into the inviting couch as the indoor fireplace warms you up. A large smart TV takes centre stage, offering many entertainment choices, including access to popular streaming services like Netflix.

Cook tasty meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware, preparing and cleaning up will be a breeze with the help of the dishwasher. Serve your meals quickly on the nearby dining table. You can also open the sliding doors to circulate fresh summer air throughout the shared areas.

Start your day with a refreshing cup of coffee on the secluded outdoor deck while you catch some sun. Abundant seating options make for fun outdoor meals and barbecues during the summer months.

A covered double carport is available for guest parking.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you will have access to the entire home, linen, towels, washer, dryer and consumable amenities at no additional cost.

5 guests - 3 rooms. 1x king single bed

Edgewater Oasis is situated between the coastal communities of Points Lonsdale and Queenscliff on the Bellarine Peninsula. The area is known for its beautiful beaches that lay between the Bass Strait and Port Phillip Bay.

The serene water at Point Lonsdale Beach makes it an excellent attraction for families with young children. The beach is perfect for exploring the tide pools or learning to surf. Additionally, the beach provides access to various cafes and eateries along Point Lonsdale Rd. You can grab some delicious breakfast at Grow Cafe or have a delightful dinner and drinks at Noble Rot.

Consider visiting Queenscliff for a variety of family-friendly activities and breathtaking sea views. You can plan a day starting at the Fort Queenscliff Museum, where you can explore the historic lighthouse and the beach. Take a leisurely walk down Bellarine Highway, pausing at the Queenscliff Gallery and Queenscliff Historical Museum.

You may have developed an appetite by this time, and numerous great options are available to satisfy your cravings. 360Q is situated dockside at the peninsula's edge, serving fresh seafood and creative dishes. Alternatively, you can stop into Scully's Oyster Bar & Grill for a more relaxed atmosphere to enjoy freshly caught seafood and delicious drinks.

Bus route 56 is available at the Ward Rd & Bellarine Hwy Stop 1.2km away.

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
