Features include a Saeco coffee machine, new dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, walk-in pantry, large fridge/freezer, and a sliding window servery to the deck and BBQ. Three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. The master bedroom with Queen bed has a ceiling fan, private walk-in robe and ensuite. The Neighborhood:
No sooner have you walked out the front door than you are on the famous Surf Coast Walk - the cliff-top walking track takes you to Bells Beach and beyond!

Our beach house is within easy walking distance to Jan Juc beach, parks and Village shops (600m).
Take a walk all the way through the Creek Reserve and you will arrive at Hoylake Ave – you’re nearly at the beach! Or stroll up to join the Surf Coast Walk to Bird Rock Lookout to get your own personal surf report. Coffee, brunch or dinner in the village is within walking distance too, as is the Surf Life Saving Club and the RACV. Holiday in a community-minded neighbourhood in one of the hottest spots on the coast and effortlessly embrace beach life.

Jan Juc is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.

Getting Around:
Walk and ride your bikes all around Jan Juc.
Jan Juc village cafes are less than 1km away. On and off-street parking is available.
Buses to and from Jan Juc-Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
