Historic 1939 Coco self-catering, licensed vacation cottage offers driveway parking, the entry with one 9″ step and one 8″ step up to the original door with 3″ step over doorjamb into 35″ clear entry. Two king bedrooms (north facing and south facing) have hybrid bedding. The hall bath adjacent to the north bedroom offers a shower/tub combo. Cabana bath offers a Coventry soaking tub with handheld and rainfall shower. Historic Bermuda Style Cottage with an open floor plan with 55″ 4K TV, WiFi 6, HVAC, LED lighting, ceiling fans, dining room, breakfast room, and a full kitchen with stainless appliances. An ideal retreat where historic charm and modern living coexist in harmony. The house is one level with original oak floors, except for one step down to the hallway leading to the Cabana bath and out to the rear sundeck with appropriate furnishings. No laundry onsite coin laundry available 2 minute from property.

Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30 p.m., Saturday 9:30-1:00 p.m.
You can text for a requested time, and we will code the lock on the door.
Must allow at least 2 hours prior.
When you're through can text and we will remove the code.

Discounted promotional rates are offered for two guests only additional guests fee of $25 per person if room capacity allows per day.

Pool:
The heated pool is a shared saline pool with 5 other listings. It is very quiet with spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has there private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.

***During the construction of the Casa Grandview homes pool all guests can use the Casa Grandview Inn pool. Which starts on 11/15/23 to be completed by 11/30/23.

No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found in the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated, and the guests will be immediately removed from the property. No refunds will be provided.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance, but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.

Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Vacation Insurance is highly recommended.
