The Space:
Our home is located on Wilmington Island, a quiet area where all the live oaks and draped in Spanish moss and you will most likely spot a heron or two every time you drive over the marsh. Grocery stores and plenty of great dining options are located close by.
This house has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, and large dining room table. Washer & Dryer, TV, WiFi & Roku included. Pets welcome! This beautiful home has been completely updated. Large fenced backyard with a picturesque screened in porch and plenty of outdoor seating for nights spent enjoying the sounds of a quiet, southern summer.
Our property is very kid friendly with a game room upstairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there is a grill with the property.
The front door leads directly into the kitchen and small dining area. The spacious counter top, updated appliances, and fully stocked cabinets make preparing meals with family and friends fun and easy. The wall opens to reveal the open concept living area, with a spacious dining room table and plenty of comfy seating. The TV, equipped with Roku can be viewed from all of these areas. Off of the Living room are the doors that open to the screened in back porch. A dining table, charcoal grill, and graced bistro lighting make it a great spot to relax in the evenings.
Off of the living room is where the bedrooms are found. The Master suite, with a king bed and private bathroom is on the first floor as well as a queen bedroom. In the hall on the first floor is the second bathroom. A journey up the stairs reveals the third large bedroom with two queen beds and a futon. The loft can be accessed from here and includes all the board games, puzzles, books, and fun your kiddos need to enjoy their vacation.
The garage includes the washer and dryer as well as a second refrigerator.
Guest Access:
You will have access to our entire home and receive a code prior to arrival to get into the door.

Our location can be found using any standard GPS.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
