A scenic 20-minute drive to Tybee Island beach parking lot with beach and pier access with snack bars and clean restrooms! 17-minute drive to downtown historic Savannah - restaurants, bars, shopping, events, Savannah River, and cobblestone roads.

Second bedroom with queen mattress can accommodate two comfortably. Smart HD Roku Tv with Xfinity TV subscription, 90+ channels. Third bedroom with full mattress can accommodate two comfortably. Smart HD Roku Tv with Xfinity TV subscription, 90+ channels. Fourth bedroom with day bed with a full and twin mattress can accommodate three comfortably. Full bathroom in hall located in between the second, third, and fourth bedrooms comes fully stocked. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, laundry basket and detergent. Cool down with ceiling fans in every room. We also have a twin self inflating air mattress.
We have a fishing kayak for the lake. Electric vehicle charging is allowed in the garage. Feel free to connect your 110 adapter and charge your EV. Basketball hoop with ball and net on Driveway.

Note we do have security cameras monitoring the front of the home, the back view of the dock/lake/deck, and inside the garage.

All pets must be approved by the owner. Fees are not included and will be added once the reservation is made. Dogs must be under 30 pounds. No puppies. For 1 small dog it is $20 per night ($50 min), $125 per week, or $250 for two weeks or longer. 2nd pet with separate fee TBD by the owner. Our yard does not have a fence. All dogs must be on leash when in the yard or neighbors will let us know. Please cleanup after your dog.

We value our cleaning crew and want to keep them employed.
21 days or longer, there will be additional biweekly cleanings (once every two weeks; each $60/clean). Typically, the cleaner will come in on a Saturday (after 10a.m.) and clean. For longer stays, you may discuss the timing of those cleanings with us.
Furniture must not be moved or a fee can incur for having to move it back.
