This charming newly renovated Hill Country house is in a lovely residential neighborhood centrally located just 2 blocks from Main St. and a short drive to some of the best wineries. 3 bedrooms/2 bath inside includes sleeping for 10 in cozy beds. Open concept kitchen, dining and living and an outdoor area to relax. This large mid-century modern home is great for groups - couples getaway, bachelorette parties, or time with family and friends.

You can access the entire house via a simple keypad entry. It is fully furnished with all you need for a great getaway. There are three bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a king bed
Bedroom #2 has two queen beds
Bedroom #3 has one queen bed.

The living room has a comfy queen sized pull-out bed. There is a smart TV in the living room connected to Wifi to watch your favorite shows and movies on demand.

Full kitchen with gas range and stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and anything you would need to make a delicious meal if you decide to have a night in. Dining room table seats 6 and there is additional seating at the bar. After dinner enjoy a glass of wine in the outdoor living area. Plenty of plush towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner and bath items provided. The home is furnished with extra comfy sheets and bedding. Extras in house include hair dryer, iron and board.

There is a game room with a small foosball table and small plywood ping ping table that can be placed on top. A few board games are on the shelf in the laundry area as well.

Outside is spacious and provided is a charcoal grill with utensils. The fire pit is a nice addition during the evening (if propane tank is empty a replacement can be exchanged for $15 at Walmart) . You are welcome to bring any lawn games but a ladderball game is provided.

There is an HEB grocery store or Wal-Mart 3 minutes away.
The house is walking distance to main street and all the best restaurants and night life.

Parking:
We have a long driveway that can park 3 cars and the street is wide with room to park a couple cars on the street.
