Enjoy the large and comfortable leather sofa around the 56” Smart TV with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is separated by one of the original rock-walls from the late 1800's. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Other Things to Note:

- This property is pet friendly. A $45 per pet/per night fee + taxes, limited to 45 lbs. weight limit and 2 pets MAX. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.



- Not Suitable for children/infants, must be 12 and older.



- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



- Stair Disclaimer: Please note that there are stairs inside the home and they are a bit steep, specifically leading up to the 3rd bedroom equipped with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Exercise caution, as this feature may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical/physical conditions.



- Note: This house is historic and features vintage elements. Please be gentle and considerate while staying in the property.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
