On the ground floor there is a large, bright living/dining area with air conditioning, comfortable sofa set, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, dining table and direct access to the covered terrace with gas barbecue and outdoor dining area. Furthermore, a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and TV, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. The second floor offers a bedroom with double bed and two single beds, a bedroom with double bed and one single bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning and have access to the large balcony overlooking the pool. The well-maintained outdoor area offers a fully fenced garden with large pool (7 x 10 m), several terraces, sun loungers and parasols.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
